JOHN 2 -- THE WEDDING WINE

This was Jesus' first miracle. I wonder who this miracle was for????

HIS MOTHER? After all, he was an obedient son and would want to please her.

THE SERVANTS? Would they have been responsible and in trouble for running out of wine?

MASTER OF THE BANQUET? To impress him? I wonder just who this important public official was?

BRIDEGROOM? To save his reputation. All eyes would be on him.

HIS DISCIPLES? So they would learn to trust Him.

JESUS? To reveal Himself.

THE FATHER? To give glory to God.
